Rename Identity / Account

One central structured rename across registered Mapsites and Coofle identity/account fields. A normal email change also renames derived accounts ending @old-email (for example kickback@old-email). A special account rename changes its subaccount prefix while keeping the same owner/base. Stable IDs/GIDs are preserved; free-text history is not rewritten; destination collisions are refused. The reserved kickback@ account follows its owner email and cannot be renamed manually.
